Abstract: By analyzing the evaluation results of 6 groups and 15 notifications from resident standardized training programs in 2019 organized and announced by Chinese Medical Doctor Association(CMDA), this study sorted out the existing problems in the basic conditions, training administration, teacher management, training quality and other first-class indicators of the current program. It is suggested that the health administration department should strengthen the construction and supervision of the basic conditions for resident standardized training programs, optimize supervision and evaluation at provincial level, ensure the quality of self-evaluation and hospital level supervision, expand the coverage of program evaluation, and constantly improve the capacity building of the evaluation experts.
