北京市新乡村医生培训现存问题的质性研究

A qualitative study on the existing problems about training of new rural doctors in Beijing

摘要: 目的 深入了解北京市新乡村医生在助理全科医生培训过程中存在的问题,为改善培训质量提供参考。方法 2021年7至8月,采用目的抽样方法,选取北京市3家远郊区医院19名新乡村医生和20名临床带教教师进行专题小组访谈。采用主题分析法,分析访谈资料,归纳形成访谈主题。结果 新乡村医生培训相关问题可以归纳为3个主题:理论知识培训方式有待调整,临床门诊轮转时间较少,急救和护理技能实践不足。结论 新乡村医生培训需要调整理论培训方式,适当增加临床门诊轮转时长,加强急救和护理技能培训。

Abstract: Objective To identify problems existing in the standardized training of assistant general practitioners for new rural doctors in Beijing, and to inform future improvement in quality of training. Methods From July to August in 2021, 19 new rural doctors and 20 clinical teachers from 3 suburban hospitals in Beijing were selected for focus group discussion by purposive sampling. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the interview data and to generate themes of the interview. Results Problems related to the training of new rural doctors could be summarized into three themes: the training model for knowledge needed to be adjusted, the rotation time of clinical outpatient clinic was inadequate, and the practice of first aid and nursing skills was insufficient. Conclusions The training of new rural doctors should consider adjusting the training methods for knowledge, increasing the rotation time of outpatient clinics, and strengthening the training of first aid and nursing skills.
