临床医学博士专业学位研究生(专科医师)培养情况调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of the training of the combination of clinical medical doctoral degree graduates and specialists training

摘要: 目的 了解临床医学博士专业学位研究生(专科医师)培养现状及其存在的问题,提出改进建议。方法 采用问卷调查方法,对复旦大学附属华山医院和妇产科医院2016级和2017级36名临床医学专业学位博士研究生(专科医师)进行了培养情况的调查。结果 63.9%(23/36)的调查对象表示对培养方案的框架了解但是细节不清楚;在32名已经确定博士学位论文课题的调查对象中,71.9%(23/32)的调查对象的博士学位论文课题与其硕士学位论文课题无关;50.0%(18/36)的调查对象存在缺课现象。结论 临床医学博士专业学位研究生(专科医师)在课程学习、课题研究和临床轮转之间存在时间冲突,建议优化培养方式,加强培养方案的宣传,并为临床医学专业学位博士研究生(专科医师)增加一定的科研脱产时间用于课程学习和科学研究。

Abstract: Objective To understand the training and existing problems from the candidates for clinical doctor degree, and give some suggestion. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 36 specialists of clinical medicine in 2016 and 2017 from Huashan Hospital and Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University. Results There were 63.9% (23/36) of the respondents who indicated that the framework of the training program was clear but the details were unclear; There were 71.9% (23/32) of the 32 respondents who had initiated their thesis project had nothing to do with their master's thesis; There were 50.0% (18/36) of the respondents were absent. Conclusions The training mode shoud be optimized, the publicity of training program shoud be strengthened, in terms of providing additional time to complete their research without negative impact on their clinical training.
