非标准化考试在八年制临床医学专业学生行为医学教学中的应用

The application of non-standardized test to behavioral medicine in eight-year program students

摘要: 目的 探讨小组协作的非标准化考试在八年制临床医学专业临床医学导论课程行为医学教学中的应用。方法 2018年6月,选取四川大学2017级八年制临床医学专业70名学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法了解学生对非标准化考试教学改革要素的评价。结果 55.7% (39/70)的学生高度认可非标准化考试,80.0%(56/70)的学生最认可的教学与考核方式为教师部分授课、小组自主探究结合成果交流与传播。72.9%(51/70)学生倾向于采用“小组协作”而非“个人报告”的方式进行考核,优选的小组成员人数是3人~4人。结论 小组协作的非标准化考试可促进八年制临床医学专业学生多种能力,值得在行为医学教学中进一步探索和完善。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of non-standardized test through group collaboration in the courses of introduction to clinical medicine-behavioral medicine among eight-year program students.Methods Seventy grade 2017 eight-year clinical medical students of Sichuan University were enrolled in June 2018 in this study. The feedback was collected by questionnaire on some elements of curriculum reform application of non-standardized test.Results Totally 55.7%(39/70) students strongly supported the examination method of non-standardized. 80.0%(56/70) students tended to the model of teaching partly by teachers and group collaboration for studying and testing. 72.9%(51/70) students were more likely to choose the way of group collaboration test but not individual test and suggested that the most suitable number of group members is 3 to 4.Conclusions Non-standardized examination of group collaboration can help to improve some clinical abilities of eight-year clinical medical program students, and it is worth exploring and improving in the further teaching of behavioral medicine.
