临床科室优秀传统文化融入医学生职业精神教育的实践与分析

The practice and analysis of outstanding traditional culture of clinical departments in occupational spirit education for medical undergraduates

摘要: 目的 分析和评价临床科室优秀传统文化融入医学生职业精神教育的效果。方法 选取2019年6月至2019年12月在上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院呼吸与危重症医学科(以下简称“呼吸科”)参加临床实习的上海交通大学医学院2015级五年制临床医学专业94名学生为研究对象。在为期3周的呼吸科实习中,将呼吸科优秀传统文化融入医学生职业精神教育对学生进行教育。采用自行设计的“临床科室医学生职业精神教育”调查问卷对教学效果进行评估。问卷内容包括调查对象基本情况和职业精神教育实施情况(包括教育内容、教师评价和教学效果评价3个维度)2个部分。结果 医学生对呼吸科职业精神教育的总评分为(46.49±1.87)分,其中,对教育内容评分为(18.27±0.86)分,对教师评价为(18.66±0.75)分,对教学效果评分为(8.56±0.36)分。78.7%(74/94)的学生表示对于呼吸科发展历程和名医大家故事充满好奇。93.6%(90/94)的学生通过了解呼吸科优秀传统文化更加明确了未来行医的目标,同时也提高了对呼吸科传统教学方式和现代教学模式有机结合对医学生职业精神教育的认可度。结论 临床科室优秀传统文化进一步丰富了医学生职业精神教育的内涵,有助于提升医学生的职业认同感、责任感和荣誉感。

Abstract: Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of the integration of excellent traditional culture in clinical departments into the occupational spirit education of medical students.Methods A simple random sampling method is used to collect 94 students of 5-year program undergraduates of clinical medicine from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from June 2019 to December 2019, through a self-made questionnaire to investigate the student's evaluation on the education outcome of occupational spiritual education combined with outstanding traditional culture of clinical departments. The questionnaire includes two parts: the baseline situation of the participants and the implementation of occupational spirit education (including education content, teacher evaluation and learning outcome evaluation).Results The overall score of medical students on occupational spirit education in respiratory department was (46.49±1.87) of which the content of education was (18.27±0.86), the score of the teacher evaluation and teaching effect was (18.66±0.75), and (8.56±0.36), respectively. There are 78.7% (74/94) students expressed their curiosity about the development of respiratory medicine and the stories of famous doctors. There are 93.6%(90/94)students have become more clear about the goal of practicing medicine in the future by understanding the excellent traditional culture of the respiratory department, and at the same time, they have also increased their recognition of the organic combination of traditional teaching methods and modern models in the respiratory department.Conclusions The excellent traditional culture of clinical departments further enriches the connotation of medical students' occupational spiritual education and enhances occupational identity, responsibility and honor of being a medical student.
