基于胜任力的专科医师培训考核体系设计与实施

摘要: 北京大学专科医师规范化培训(以下简称专培)已经开展5年,取得了较好的效果,特别是考核方式逐步完善。培训中以过程考核为基础,在培训过程的重要节点设置中期考核,制定结业考核方案并组织实施,建立了由过程考核、中期考核和结业考核组成的多层次、全方位的专科医师培训考核体系,并引入胜任力考核指标。本文阐述了北京大学专培考核体系的设计和实施,着重介绍了专培结业考试方案的组成要素,总结分析了2018年和2019年专培考核结果,为探索科学有效的考核方式、完善专科医师规范化培训评价体系提供借鉴。

Abstract: The standardized fellowship training at Peking University has been carried out for 5 years. A competency-based fellowship training evaluation system has been built up, with the process assessment, the middle exams and the final exams. It was elaborated in this article about the design and implementation of the fellowship training assessment system, focusing on the final examination component, and analyzing the assessment results of resent from 2018 to 2019 for the purpose of exploring an efficient and reasonable evaluation format, and to improve the fellowship training and evaluation system in the future.
