泰山医学院临床医学专业毕业生核心竞争力的调查

Investigation on the core competitive capacity of clinical medical graduates in Taishan Medical University

摘要: 目的 调查用人单位对泰山医学院2010届~2015届五年制临床医学专业毕业生核心竞争力的评价,为高校医学人才培养提供参考和借鉴。方法 采用问卷调查方法,对山东省102所公立医院的102名院级业务分管领导、102名人事处负责人、102名临床科室负责人和244名临床科室医生进行调查,了解其对泰山医学院2010届~2015届临床医学专业五年制毕业生核心竞争力的评价。结果 用人单位对泰山医学院临床医学专业毕业生的职业能力和思想素质评价较高,对其科研素质评价尚可,对其工作业绩评价一般。结论 高等医学教育应当整合校内外资源,增强医学生职业能力,提高医学生创新能力,培养医学生健全人格,促进医学生综合能力发展。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate clinical medical graduates' core competences from year 2010 to 2015 in Taishan Medical University, so as to provide reference and advice for personnel training system.Methods The research questionnaire was designed to medical graduates independently and fully justified by the employers including 102 heads of hospital-level business,102 heads of personnel department,102 heads and 244 doctors of department from 102 public hospitals in Shandong Province. The statistical analysis was conducted to understand its evaluation on the core competitive ability of clinical medicine graduates in Taishan Medical University from year 2010 to 2015.Results Employers are highly competent at vocational ability and ideological quality of graduates in Taishan Medical University. However, Employers evaluate that scientific literacy is still acceptable and workplace performance is not perfect.Conclusions Higher medical education should integrate resources inside and outside the school, enhancing the vocational ability, promoting scientific research innovation quality and professionalism based on a more comprehensive understanding of real learning as well as training outcomes of students.
