摘要: 本文介绍了国外康复治疗学与专业人才培养现状,分析了我国康复治疗专业发展现状及面临的挑战,详细阐述了我国部分高校在康复治疗专业研究生培养模式上的探索与实践。同时,建议进一步健全人才培养体系,加快国际接轨步伐,加强师资队伍建设,完善职业发展制度,以促进康复治疗研究生教育的发展。

Abstract: The article summarizes the current situation of rehabilitation therapy and its professional talents cultivation in developed countries, analyzes the progress and challenges of rehabilitation therapy development in China. It states the exploration of training pathway and practice conducted by some universities in China. At the same time, it is suggested that the system of talent training system should be further improved, the pace of international integration should be quickened, the construction of teaching staff should be strengthened, and the system of professional development should be perfected so as to promote the development of postgraduate education in rehabilitation therapy.
