Abstract

Abstract: With the rapid growth of overseas medical student envollment in recent years,it was faceing challange from the education and management of overseas students.So it's become the most important work to establish a decent education system for foreign students to learn medicine in China.Many successful experiences in the education of overseas medical students in Japan,such as strict enrolment and examination system,the convergence education for local and foreign students,the smart methodology in language and related systems to support their learning.This paper will elaborate on the above aspects and put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of medical education for overseas students in China.
