临床医学专业学生对其本科教育重要性和满意度评价的矩阵分析

Matrix analysis of clinical medical students' evaluation on importance and satisfaction of their undergraduate education

摘要: 目的 调查并分析临床医学专业学生对其本科教育的重要性和满意度的评价,发现其本科教育存在的优势与需要改进之处。方法 采用问卷调查方法,选取X大学2015级临床医学专业257名学生为研究对象,调查其对不同学业阶段重要性和满意度的评价,采用重要性-满意度矩阵分析调查结果。结果 被调查学生对其本科教育的重要性和满意度评价的整体评分分别为3.95分和3.82分,其中,PBL教学的重要性(2.91分)和满意度(3.21分)评分均较低。重要性-满意度矩阵分析显示,X大学的课程、师资和氛围等方面处于竞争优势区,但各阶段的科研训练/指导、基础和临床阶段的后勤保障、实验课和硬件设施以及临床阶段的实习处于急需改进区。结论 X大学被调查学生对PBL教学的重要性认识不足,学校在课程、师资和氛围等方面具有优势,但各阶段的科研训练/指导、基础和临床阶段的后勤保障、实验课和硬件设施以及临床阶段的实习存在改进空间。

Abstract: Objective Investigating and analyzing the clinical medical students' evaluation on importance and satisfaction of their university, so as to find out the advantages of their undergraduate education and the areas that need to be improved. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 257 clinical medical students enrolled in 2015 in X University to evaluate on the importance and satisfaction of the university. The importance-satisfaction matrix was used to analyze the survey results. Results The total score of students' evaluation on the importance and satisfaction of undergraduate education was 3.95 and 3.82 respectively. The importance (2.91) of PBL teaching and its satisfaction (3.21) were both lower than others. The importance-satisfaction matrix showed that the courses, teachers and atmosphere of X University were in the competitive advantage area, but the scientific research training/guidance in all stages, logistics support, experimental courses and hardware facilities in basic and clinical stages, and internship in clinical stage were those need urgent improvement. Conclusions The investigated students in X University have insufficient understanding of the importance of PBL teaching. The university has advantages in curriculum, teachers and learning environment, but there is still space for improvement in scientific research training/guidance in all stages, logistics support, experimental courses and hardware facilities in basic and clinical stages and internship training.
