临床医学专业实习教学质量影响因素的调查分析

Investigation and analysis on the influencing factors of teaching quality about clinical internship

摘要: 为了解临床医学专业实习教学情况,对全国普通高等学校临床医学专业教学基地开展问卷调查,调查临床教学基地的基本信息、临床医学专业实习教学现况、临床实习教学中存在的问题、对临床实习教学的政策建议等。结果显示,研究生入学考试、教师对临床教学的投入、医患关系、医院对教学的保障均影响实习,提出改革研究生入学考试的内容和方式、增加教师对临床教学的投入、在本科阶段开展胜任力导向的医学教育、增加对医学教育的投入等建议。

Abstract: To investigate the current situation about clinical internship and improve the internship process management, a questionnaire survey was carried out at the clinical teaching bases of the national colleges and universities, and investigated the basic information of clinical teaching bases, current situation of undergraduate clinical practice teaching, problems and difficulties existing in the clinical practice teaching, and policy-making suggestions to the training of clinical practice, etc. It was found that the trainees' entrance examination,clinical teachers' performance, doctor-patient relationship and hospital's acceptance of the training mission all have great impacts on the clinical training, so it is necessary to adjust the current system of clinical practice teaching as soon as possible, strengthen the competence-oriented education of undergraduates in schools,quality control and financial investment to clinical training of graduates in clinical practice.
