甘肃医学院农村订单定向免费医学生职业认同感调查

Investigation on professional self-identity of rural order oriented tuition-free medical students in Gansu Medical College

摘要: 目的 调查甘肃医学院农村订单定向免费医学生对村医职业的认知认同情况。方法 采用问卷调查方法,2019年11月选择甘肃医学院2017级至2019级三年制临床医学专业475名农村订单定向免费医学生为研究对象,进行职业认同感调查;采用F检验和t检验进行数据分析。结果 职业认同总分,2017级为(3.4±0.7)分,2018级为(4.1±0.7)分,2019级为(3.6±0.9)分,3个年级学生评分的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),2018级经过岗前培训,其总分高于未经过培训的2017级和2019级学生,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。认同人数占比较低的条目有,2017级“我完全了解村医业务范围和岗位职责”[38.9%(70/180)],“村医职业能使我充分施展个人能力和特长”[36.7%(66/180)],“我认为既然签订合约就必须无条件履约”[24.4%(44/180)];2019级“我认为村医职业发展前景很好”[37.1%(39/105)]。结论 被调查学生职业认同感整体偏低,岗前培训是提升学生职业认同感的有效途径之一。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the cognition and identity of rural order oriented tuition-free medical students at Gansu Medical College. Methods Using the method of questionnaire survey, in November 2019, 475 rural order oriented tuition-free medical students of three-year program from the year 2017 to 2019 at Gansu Medical College were investigated. The data were analyzed by F-test & t-test. Results The total score of professional identity was (3.4±0.7) in 2017, (4.1±0.7) in 2018 and (3.6±0.9) in 2019, and the difference of these three years’ students was statistically significant (P<0.01). The total score of students in 2018 with pre-service training was higher than that of students in 2017 and 2019 without training, and the difference was statistically significant (all P<0.05). The items which have lower recognition are like these: In 2017, “I fully understand the business scope and job responsibilities of village doctors”[38.9%(70/180)], “Village doctors can enable me to fully display my personal ability and expertise”[36.7%(66/180)], “I think that since the contract is signed, it must be performed unconditionally”[24.4%(44/180)] and “I think the development prospect of village doctors is very good”[37.1%(39/105)]in 2019. Conclusions The overall recognition of occupation of tuition-free medical students is low. Pre-service training is one of the effective ways to enhance the sense of professional identity by tuition-free medical students.
