摘要: 本研究在调研国内外开展的一系列学生发展调查基础上,总结了我国医学生发展调研现状以及需求,对当前我国调查规模最大、高等医学教育领域最权威、数据最齐全的中国医学生发展与培养质量调查(China Medical Students Survey,CMSS)项目进行详细解读。本文系统介绍了CMSS项目的研究背景、理论基础、设计框架与内容,以及大学一年级新生问卷、在校生问卷和应届毕业生问卷的结构与工具的有效性,并回顾了2019至2023年该项目的实施要点、核心要素的变化和进展。通过多维度、长时段、跨数据集的医学教育数据分析,CMSS项目为医学教育质量监测与评价提供了科学依据,填补了我国医学教育领域高质量学生发展调查的空白。

Abstract: On the basis of a series of investigations on student development both at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the present research situation of student development in the field of higher education and medical education in our country, and makes a detailed analysis of the current monitoring and investigation project on the China Medical Students Survey (CMSS), which collects data that is the largest in scale, the most authoritative and the most complete in the field. This paper systematically reports the research background, theoretical basis, design framework and content of this project, introduces in detail the structure and validity of the questionnaire for freshmen, college students and fresh graduates, and reviews the development of the project from 2019 to 2023. The CMSS provided a scientific basis for monitoring and evaluating the quality of medical education through the analysis of medical education data in a multidimensional, extended time period and across data sets,and bridges the gap in the field of high quality student development survey in the field of China′s higher education and medical education.
