审核评估视角下省属高校教学质量保障与监控体系的构建与研究

摘要: 审核评估是我国五位一体本科教学评估制度的重要内容,也为高校健全质量保障与监控体系、提高质量保障能力提供了新的理念和角度。建立和完善教学质量保障体系,构建科学有效的质量保障与质量监控运行机制,融教学建设、教学管理与质量监控为有机整体,是高校提高人才培养质量强有力的重要保证。滨州医学院在长期坚持行之有效的质量理念、标准和监控举措的基础上,以本科教学审核评估为契机,形成了以组织保障为枢纽,将保障与监控2个相对独立的部分融为一体的“六位一体”(目标确立、标准制定、条件支撑、政策激励、学风建设、组织保障)的具有校本特色的教学质量保障与监控体系,在评建工作中发挥了重要作用,收到了良好效果。

Abstract: Academic auditing is an important part of China's five in one undergraduate teaching evaluation system. It provides a new perspective of completing quality assurance and monitoring system and a new philosophy to improve quality guarantee ability. Establish and improve teaching quality assurance system, construct scientific and effective quality assurance and control mechanism, compromise teaching, administration and quality control to an organic whole are significant guarantees to improve personnel training quality of colleges and universities. Based on effective quality concepts, standards and monitoring measures that persist in years, taking academic auditing of undergraduate teaching as an opportunity, Binzhou Medical University is using organizational guarantee as a junction to unite assurance and monitoring two relatively independent parts as one the “six in one” (aim, standard, condition, policy, learning, group), which has played an important role in the evaluation and construction process and achieved positive feedback.
