护理专业和助产专业学生感知教师关怀与职业认同感相关性研究

Relationship between perception of instructor caring and professional identify of nursing and midwifery students

摘要: 目的 调查护理专业(本科、大专、中专)和助产专业(大专)学生感知教师关怀及职业认同现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。方法 采用一般资料问卷、学生感知教师关怀问卷、职业认同感问卷,对2017年6月~7月在河南省某妇幼专科医院实习的595名护理专业、助产专业学生进行调查。采用Pearson相关性分析探讨学生感知教师关怀和职业认同的关系。结果 595名学生感知教师关怀和职业认同总分分别为(133.93±11.73)分、(43.85±4.69)分,两者呈正相关(r=0.440,P<0.01)。结论 临床教师对护理专业和助产专业学生的关怀有待加强,学生职业认同有待提高,且教师关怀对学生职业认同有积极影响。临床带教过程中带教教师应该加强对学生的关怀,以提高其职业认同感。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current status of perceptions of instructor caring and professional identity of nursing students during the clinical practice in a hospital, and to explore the correlation between them. Methods 595 nursing and midwifery students were surveyed by using self-reporting questionnaires consisted of demographic information, the nursing students' perception of instructor caring (NSPIC) and the professional identity scale during June to July 2017. The relationship between the NSPIC and the professional identity were analyzed by Pearson correlation. Results The total score of 595 nursing students' perception of instructor caring and professional identity were (133.93±11.73) and (43.85±4.69). It was found that the two were positively correlated (r=0.440, P<0.01). Conclusions The care of nursing students need to be strengthened, and the professional identification of nursing students needs to be improved. The NSPIC has positive influence on nursing professional identity. Instructors should strengthen caring of nursing students to improve their professional identity.
