规范化培训住院医师心理健康现状及影响因素分析

摘要: 目的 通过了解规范化培训住院医师存在的心理问题、影响因素,探讨改善其心理健康的措施。方法 选择在浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院参加规范化培训的244名住院医师(以下简称规培医师)为研究对象,采用问卷调查的形式了解规培医师存在的心理问题,按照每个选项的百分比进行数据的分析。结果 56.6%(138/244)的规培医师经常或一直感到压力,31.6%(77/244)的规培医师心理健康状况不佳。规培医师心理健康主要影响因素包括学习工作压力、经济收入低、对积极心理调节和异常心理识别等心理健康知识的了解不够等。结论 通过缓解规培医师学习工作压力、提高他们的收入、培养基于实践学习的能力、增加其对心理健康知识的了解、支持性心理干预活动等措施,可以改善规培医师心理健康不佳的状况。

Abstract: Objective To explore measures to improve mental health in standardized training residents, analyzing the problems and impact factors of them. Methods The residents in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital were selected as the research object. Through questionnaire, the paper explored the problems of mental health, and the data from the investigation were analyzed. Results 56.6%(138/244)of the residents felt great pressure, 31.6%(77/244)of the residents' mental health was not optimal. Work load, income and mental health knowledge understanding level were the main factors influencing the residents' mental health. Conclusions Lessening the working pressure, increasing the income, cultivating the practice-based learning ability, mental health education and supportive psychological intervention were the main measures to improve the mental health in standardized training residents.
