摘要： 医学生是志愿服务的重要群体之一。本文通过对医学生志愿服务现状、存在问题等深入分析,探索新的志愿服务方向与实施策略。通过实践逐步形成了包括招募、培训、管理、评估和激励机制在内的完整运行机制,在确保志愿服务工作健康可持续发展的同时,为医学生了解临床工作提供宝贵机会,有利于他们专业知识的学习巩固,更好地培养崇高医德。

Abstract: Based on the challenges and barriers in medical students'volunteer service, the project explores the goal of voluntary service and implementation strategy covering recruitment, training, management, evaluation and incentive mechanism, and evaluated the outcomes of application. Finally a complete operating mechanism was developed to ensure the performance a sustainable development of volunteer service and also provide opportunity for medical students to understand the clinical work, promote their training in medical knowledge and ethics.
