Discussion on training mode of applied talents based on drug research and development technology services

Abstract: Combining with the national policy and social demand, this paper proposes the cultivation of high-level applied talents based on the technical service of drug research and development under the background of the country' s urgent demand for application-oriented technical talents and requirements for the innovation capability of the pharmaceutical industry. The talent training model is student-centered, carrying out the reforms of curriculum and teaching materials and evaluation mechanisms. The implementation of the tutor system and strengthening the industry-education integrated drug research and development training are aimed at exploring an application-oriented talent training mode on drug R&D technical services, improve the ability and quality of the students' drug R&D technical services, and provide our country with applied pharmaceutical talents.
