Thought on the cultivation of rural health personnel

Abstract

Abstract: It has been exploring and still a challenge to cultivate rural health personnel as going down staying down and using well. In this paper, the main problems among cultivation and use of rural health personnel were analyzed. It suggested that the institutional guarantee and cultivation model should be reformed to make the health personnel going down staying down and using well, thus ensure and improve the health level of rural people.
