Evaluation analysis of national continuing medical education base based on program evaluation theory

Abstract: This paper introduces the theoretical basis of continuing medical education evaluation, introduces the theoretical support of the continuing medical education evaluation, considers the current situation of continuing medical education bases. There are some problems in current base evaluation, such as unclear guiding ideology, lack of process evaluation feedback and performance evaluation need to be further strengthened. Some suggestions are put forward, such as clarifying the responsibilities of the base, strengthening the process evaluation, and associating the performance evaluation with the exit mechanism.
