Based on the post competency as the core in the training mode of young teachers of human anatomy

Abstract: This study is based on the mechanism of self-development of the subject features of young teachers, giving full play to the cohesion of the teaching teams. Some problems need to be solved, such as lack of young faculty of human anatomy, capacity building of teaching and scientific research. Making the ethics construction of the teacher is an important point, aiming at teaching and scientific research ability, building the four-in-one training mode that covers talent leadership, humanistic spirit cultivation, teaching ability and quality of scientific research. It can effectively promote the growth of young teachers by seeking talent, morality, education, the pursuit of truth, incentive measures, which will reserve strength for the development of subjects.
