Abstract: In 2018, the National Health Commission of the People's Republic of China organized the pilot work of standardized training for public health doctors in disease prevention and control institutions. Hubei Province, as one of the first pilot provinces, actively explored the training mode and launched the training program in the following year. This paper introduces the standardized training practice of public health doctors in Hubei Province from the aspects of organization and management system construction, teaching staff construction, training mode construction, assessment and evaluation, and put forward some thoughts and suggestions on the current public health physician standardization training, in order to explore the way to establish and improve an effective training system: further establish unified and standardized public health physician standardized training system; strengthen the construction and management of the teaching staff; improve the attractiveness of training programs and explore the education and promotion system cohesion mechanism; establish information management platform to further refine the whole process of training project management.
