Abstract: In order to improve the quality of standardized training for resident doctors in nuclear medicine, we analyzed the difficulties encountered in the Peking University People's Hospital. The understanding of radionuclide tracing technique and the transformation of thinking model are both very difficult. The teaching levels of all the guidance teachers are not unified. Some typical teaching casesc are incomplete. And the training effect is difficult to maintain after leaving the nuclear medicine. In view of the above difficulties, some corresponding solutions were used. For exanple, focus on the interpretation and training of radionuclide tracer techniques, focus on the training of residents in the transformation of thinking model, use a variety of methods to improve the teaching level, and provide continuous training for residents through the “nuclear medicine resident training” WeChat public number. Various measures have improved the quality of standardized residency training.
