Study on the construction of core competence index system of rural doctors at college level in Beijing

Abstract: Objective To construct the core competence index system for rural doctors at the college level in Beijing. Methods The Delphi method was used to distribute two rounds of consultation forms to experts by email from September to November 2021, the authoritative coefficient, positive coefficient and coordinate coefficient were applied for evaluation. Results The authority coefficient of experts in the two rounds of consultation were both 0.819;the positive coefficient were both 100.0%. The expert coordination coefficients of the importance and feasibility of the evaluation indexes were 0.31 and 0.37 (all P<0.001),respectively. The indicator system included 3 first-level indicators, 8 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators. Consultations Experts have a high degree of enthusiasm and authority. The opinions of experts are in good coordination and the results of the core competence system for rural doctors at college level in Beijing constructed in this study are reliable.
