Establishment of patient safety perception ability training program based on situational teaching method

Abstract: Objective Establish a patient safety perception training program for nursing students based on situational teaching method. Methods Based on a literature search, the training program was formulated by the Delphi method. Results The positive coefficient of experts was 100%, the coefficient of authority (Cr) was 0.868, and Kendall's coefficient W values of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 0.208 and 0.246, respectively, with high consistency. Finally, four first-level items were formed. 13 Level 2 Item Patient Safety Perception Situational Training Program. Conclusions Based on the situational teaching method, the training program on patient safety perception ability of nursing students is reasonable in content and scientific in the construction process, which can provide a reference for patient safety-related training of nursing students in my country.
