Construction of the developmental evaluation system of teaching ability in medical colleges and universities based on credit' system

摘要: 科学的教师教学发展机制是提高教学质量的关键,天津医科大学在教师培训体系和学分制管理制度的基础上,构建了以学分制管理为基础的教师教学发展性评价机制,实现对教师有针对性地培训和合理的评价及反馈,促进教师教学能力的提高。教师对有针对性的培训活动满意度达96.2%(432/449),认为教学能力有明显提升的达97.1%(436/449)。

Abstract: Developmental evaluation system of teachers' teaching ability is the key to improve teaching quality. On the basis of teacher training system and credit' system, Tianjin Medical University has constructed the developmental evaluation system, which provided targeted training and reasonable evaluation and feedback for teachers, and improved teachers' teaching ability. Teachers' satisfaction with targeted training reached 96.2% (432/449), and 97.1% (436/449) of the teachers thought that teaching ability had been significantly improved.
