全国医学(医药)院校青年教师教学基本功比赛优秀教案探析

摘要: 教案是教师授课的总体设计和思路的书面反映,是高质量课堂教学的基本保障。教学比赛中的优秀教案更是优中择优,需要各个方面的相辅相成和细节的精雕细刻。近年来,北京大学医学部青年教师参加全国医学(医药)院校青年教师教学基本比赛时获选了许多优秀教案。本文对这些优秀教案的书写方法和技巧进行了初步探讨,并介绍了北京大学医学部的相关经验。一份优秀的教案需要遵循科学性、创新性、简要性和艺术性的原则。北京大学医学部青年教师在教案书写方面,注意将医学理论结合临床实践,鼓励多学科交叉融合,注重培养医学生的人文素质、科研素质和开拓医学生的国际化视野。希望这些经验的总结和书写方法的研究探讨,能够对提高全国医学(医药)院校青年教师的教案书写质量和整体教学水平有所助益。

Abstract: A teaching plan is the written form of the design and procedures for a class and is a guarantee of high-quality teaching. The best is selected from outstanding teaching plans in the teaching competition, which needs to be carefully considered from every aspect. Recently, many outstanding teaching plans selected in the national teaching competition came from the Peking University Health Science Center. This article is a preliminary analysis, exploring the methods of writing an outstanding teaching plan, in which the experience of Peking University Health Science Center was introduced. An outstanding teaching plan includes scientific, creative, brief, and artistic principles. The Peking University Health Science Center focuses on combining theory with clinical practice, encouraging interdisciplinarity, improving humanistic quality and scientific research ability, and broadening the international vision in writing a teaching plan. Hopefully, the summary of the writing experience and analysis of outstanding teaching plans would encourage improving the quality of writing a teaching plan and teaching a successful class in medical colleges and universities nationwide.
