摘要: 本文对国内外标准化病人的评价工具、质量评价指标体系和主要评价指标的研究和应用情况进行了综述,比较全面地总结了评价标准化病人的各项指标。针对目前医学模拟教育领域缺乏公认、统一的标准化病人质量评价标准和评价工具,质量考评体系尚待进一步完善等问题,本文提出了研制应用于医学教育领域中的普适性质量评价工具和适用于不同领域的特异性质量评价工具的有效方法。

Abstract: The paper reviewed the evaluation tools, quality evaluation index and compared the domestic index with that abroad. The competence index for the standardized patients were comprehensively summarized. Lack of unified standardized patient quality evaluation criteria, evaluation tools and quality assessment system in the medical simulation education were current challenges to clinical training with standardized patients. So the paper proposed an effective method for developing universal and particular SP quality assessment tools used in the different fields respectively.
