2011至2021年中英文文献中医学人文教育研究趋势和热点对比分析

A comparative analysis of researches published in Chinese and in English: trends and hotspots in medical humanities education from 2011 to 2021

摘要: 目的 分析并比较中文和英文文献中医学人文教育研究趋势和热点,为我国医学人文教育的深入研究提供参考。方法 基于中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和PubMed数据库,检索2011年1月1日至2021年 12月31日收录的医学人文教育相关文献,采用文献计量学方法,分析医学人文教育研究的趋势、高频主题词/关键词共现和研究热点等,并对中文和英文研究热点和未来研究方向进行对比分析。结果 本研究共纳入英文文献3 028篇、中文文献1 837篇,建立医学人文课程体系和培养以患者为中心的医学人文精神在中英文文献中为共同的研究热点;医学人文教育中的医学伦理学教育在英文文献中为核心主题;新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情(简称疫情)下医学生的人文教育在英文文献中为新兴研究主题;住院医师规范化培训阶段的医学人文教育在中文文献中为热点主题;医学人文课程和培养模式改革与创新在中文文献中为边缘主题。结论 中英文文献中的医学人文教育研究主题相对广泛且存在差异,英文文献在医学人文课程设置、医学伦理学教育和疫情下医学生的人文教育3个方面的研究起步均早于中文文献,且研究内容更丰富,值得学习和借鉴。

Abstract: Objective To analyze and compare the research trends and hotspots in medical humanities education from papers published in Chinese and English to provide references for in-depth research of medical humanities education in China. Methods Through reviewing literatures from database of CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and PubMed database,the papers related to medical humanities education were retrieved from January 1,2011 to December 31,2021. Bibliometric methods were used to analyze the trend of research, Co-occurrence of high-frequency Mesh/keywords, research hotspots, and then compared research hotspots as well as research orientations. Results A total of 3 028 English literatures and 1 837 Chinese literatures were reviewed. The establishment of a medical humanities curriculum system and the cultivation of a patient-centered medical humanistic spirit are common research hotspots in the researches published in Chinese and in English. Medical ethics covered by medical humanities education is found to be the core theme of researches published in English. Humanities education during the pandemic of COVID-19 is an emerging theme to the research on medical education in English-speaking countries. The research hotspot published in Chinese is humanities education for the trainees of standardized resident training program. More attention should be paid to the reformation of medical humanities courses and of training methods. Conclusions The research on medical humanities education in papers published in Chinese and in English are significantly different. Research on medical humanities curriculum development, the education of medical ethics and humanities for medical students during the pandemic begins earlier than that found in papers published in Chinese. The research content is more abundant than that found in Chinese papers. The result may redound to the researches in China.
