摘要: 在住院医师规范化培训中,培训住院医师临床专业技能的同时,应当重视培养他们具有良好的医学人文素养。只有将医学和人文完美结合,才能全面提高住院医师培训质量,促进诊疗和服务水平的整体提高。本文阐述了住院医师规范化培训中人文教育的现状,强调住院医师规范化培训中人文教育的重要性,以及切实加强住院医师规范化培训中医学人文教育的具体举措,包括定期举办医学人文论坛、培养住院医师的医患沟通能力、发挥带教教师在培训中的作用、增加对住院医师在培训过程中人文考评等。

Abstract: Every health care provider should realize it's particularly important to cultivate the residents with professional skills and noble humanistic spirit. Medical professional education and humanities education must be integrated perfectly, then it will facilitate progress in standardized training for residents and promote the level of healthcare services.This paper focus on the importance of training humanistic attitude in standardized training of residents, and the methodology of training including communication ability of doctors and improvement of faculty performance.
