围手术期医学模式下住院医师规范化培训体系发展的新契机

摘要: 围手术期医学模式的快速发展对参与围手术期管理的医师资质和能力提出了新的要求,也为住院医师培训体系的改革提供了新的契机和方向。本文分析了国内外围手术期管理的住院医师培训实践情况,阐明了将围手术期管理所需的培训内容融入住院医师规范化培训体系的必要性和可行性,并对围手术期管理的临床实践、培训目标和内容、教学方式、课程框架和考核评估体系进行了探索和研究,以期形成科学并切实可行的围手术期人才培养模式,为国家提供高层次、创新型的围手术期医疗人才储备,推动围手术期医学模式的实践和发展。

Abstract: The quick development of perioperative medicine requires expanded qualifications and capabilities for the physicians participated in perioperative management. It provides a new opportunity and orientation for the reform of residency training. By analyzing the practice of resident training in perioperative management at home and abroad, we elucidate the necessity and feasibility to integrate perioperative management training system into the current residency standardized training framework. Its clinical practice, training objectives and contents, teaching methods, curriculum frameworks and evaluation systems are explored in order to develope a set of scientific and practical training models for perioperative talents. The training system is expected to reserve high level and innovative perioperative medical personnel, and promote the practice and development of the perioperative medicine.
