摘要: 目的 构建基于情景教学法的护理学专业学生的患者安全感知能力培训方案。方法 以文献检索为基础,通过德尔菲法制定培训方案。结果 专家积极系数为100%,权威系数(Cr)为0.868,两轮专家函询的肯德尔系数(Kendall's W)分别为0.208、0.246,具有较高一致性,最终形成4个一级条目,13个二级条目的患者安全感知能力情景教学法培训方案。结论 基于情景教学法的护理专业学生患者安全感知能力培训方案内容合理、构建过程科学,可为我国护理学专业学生的患者安全相关培训提供参考依据。

Abstract: Objective Establish a patient safety perception training program for nursing students based on situational teaching method. Methods Based on a literature search, the training program was formulated by the Delphi method. Results The positive coefficient of experts was 100%, the coefficient of authority (Cr) was 0.868, and Kendall's coefficient W values of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 0.208 and 0.246, respectively, with high consistency. Finally, four first-level items were formed. 13 Level 2 Item Patient Safety Perception Situational Training Program. Conclusions Based on the situational teaching method, the training program on patient safety perception ability of nursing students is reasonable in content and scientific in the construction process, which can provide a reference for patient safety-related training of nursing students in my country.
