分散学习在国外医学教育中的应用现状与启示

The enlightenment from the spaced learning model for medical education in foreign countries

摘要: 分散学习是一种有效地促进所学医学知识和技术得以长期保持的教学方法。本文阐述了分散学习的发展概况、在国外医学教育中的应用进展以及研究困境,提出在我国医学教育体系中推广分散学习,应当规范其定义,探索适合各专业、各层次学生的最佳分散学习方法以及多维度的分散学习效果评价方式,注重长期效果的评价,将人文知识以分散学习的形式融入其中,以期促进我国医疗卫生事业的健康发展。

Abstract: Spaced learning is an effective teaching method that promotes long-term preservation of knowledge and technology of medical science. This paper presents the development of spaced learning, its medical application and predicaments in foreign countries; and suggests to expand its application in China's medical education system through standardizing its definition, exploring the best spaced learning methods for all majors and levels, multi-dimensional evaluation of learning outcomes focusing on the long-term effects, and integrating humanistic knowledge into medical education in the way of spaced learning, so as to support a persistent development of health-care service in China.
