“云”磁共振成像实验教学系统的设计与实施

Design and implementation of a “Cloud” MRI teaching system

摘要: 为了提高磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)检查技术课程实验教学效果,解决磁共振教学设备缺乏和生均训练时间不足问题,上海健康医学院医学影像学院基于医学数字成像和传输(digital imaging and communications in medicine,DICOM)技术设计和实现了“云”磁共振成像实验教学系统。该系统设计了患者信息登记、检查序列、成像参数设置、图像浏览与处理、胶片排版与打印等模块;支持多用户同时在线学习,提供多部位MRI检查技术课程的实验项目,具有智能辅助学习助理、成像参数嵌入式微课教学视频和操作考核系统等特点,经过2轮教学实践,取得了良好的教学效果。

Abstract: In order to improve the experimental teaching effect of the course of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)technology and to tackle the challenges from lack of equipment for skill training and insufficient training time, the College of Medical Imaging of Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences designed and implemented a “Cloud” MRI teaching system based on DICOM (digital imaging and communications in medicine) technology. This system simulated the whole process of MRI examination, and designed modules of patient information registration, examination sequence, imaging parameter setting, image browsing and processing, film format typesetting and printing. The teaching system supports multi-user online learning at the same time, provides practical teaching projects of multi-part MRI examination technology course, and has intelligent assistant with embedded micro teaching video of imaging parameters and operation assessment system. After two rounds of teaching practice, a good learning outcome has been proved by this new pathway of education.
