课程思政融入人体解剖学混合式教学的设计与实践

Design and practice of ideological and political education through curricula integrated teaching of human anatomy

摘要: 人体解剖学中蕴含了丰富的思政元素,挖掘和提炼人体解剖学课程所蕴含的思政元素,梳理专业知识与思政元素的切入点,并融入课程教学的各个环节,有助于高校推行和实施课程思政建设。本文以哈尔滨医科大学2020级临床医学专业和临床药学专业学生的人体解剖学课程教学为例,阐述了课程思政融入人体解剖学课程混合式教学的设计与实施步骤,通过问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果表明,87.6%(148/169)的学生对领悟生命意义方面感到满意;84.0%(142/169)的学生对总体教学设计感到满意;82.8%(140/169)的学生对提高健康素养方面感到满意;81.1%(137/169)的学生对明确责任使命方面感到满意。其中,临床医学专业学生对明确责任使命方面的满意度高于临床药学专业学生,其占比分别为87.9%(80/91)和73.1%(57/78),其差异具有统计学意义(P=0.014)。因此,课程思政融入人体解剖学混合式教学中,可以拓展思想政治教育,并得到学生的广泛认可。

Abstract: There are many ideological and political elements in human anatomy. Excavating and refining the ideological and political elements contained in human anatomy course, combing the entry points of professional knowledge and ideological and political elements, and integrating them into all links of course teaching will help colleges and universities to promote and implement curriculum ideological and political education. Taking the teaching of human anatomy course of students enrolled in 2020 majoring in clinical medicine and clinical pharmacy in Harbin Medical University as an example, this paper described the design and implementation process of the ideological and political education integrated with blended teaching in the course of human anatomy, and evaluated the teaching effect by questionnaire survey. The results showed that 87.6%(148/169) of the students were satisfied with understanding the meaning of life; 84.0%(142/169) of the students were satisfied with the overall teaching design; 82.8%(140/169) of the students were satisfied with improving health literacy; 81.1%(137/169) of the students were satisfied with clarifying responsibility and mission. Among them, the satisfaction of students majoring in clinical medicine with the ideological and political effect of clarifying responsibilities and missions was higher than that of students majoring in clinical pharmacy, accounting for 87.9%(80/91) and 73.1%(57/78) respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P=0.014). Therefore, the integration of ideological and political education with a blended teaching of human anatomy can expand ideological and political education and be widely recognized by students.
