摘要: 共情是站在他人角度思考和处理问题。对医学生进行恰当培训使其从医后具备较高的共情能力,是从医者角度入手,改善医患关系、使患者“身心皆愈”的一个重要途径。本文通过文献综述分析了我国医学生共情能力的现状,发现我国医学生共情能力处于中等水平,受性别、年级、专业等因素影响。同时,系统有效提升医学生共情力的培训相对较少。今后应当在更广泛专业的医学生中开展共情能力调查和应用研究,确定能够长期提升共情能力的培训方法,全面提高医学生的共情能力。

Abstract: Empathy means the ability of understanding, being sensitive to the feelings of another object. It's an important factor for the benign doctor-patient relationship and patient's “physical and mental healing”. Empathy cultivation among the medical students helps them to get high empathy ability and will benefit their following career much. This article analyzed the current situation of cultivation and study of empathy in Chinese medical school students and found the common empathy level was in a middle level among medical students. The empathy level was influenced by sex, age, specialties, etc. The systemic cultivation of empathy for students was far from the needs. It is necessary to expand the studies of empathy among more medical specialties, then establish the appropriate cultivation methods for medical students to build up high empathy level.
