药学教育转型发展与药师型人才培养体系建设的研究与实践

摘要: 加快构建全新的“以患者为中心”的药学人才培养体系,强化服务“健康中国”的药师型人才培养,是推动药学教育转型发展的必由之路。本文建议从顶层设计上扭转药学教育长期以来重“药品”不重“患者”的取向,使“懂医精药、医药深度结合”的主旨贯穿药师型人才培养全过程,建立“两主线、三阶段”实践教学体系,实现教育链、人才链与全方位全周期健康链有机衔接等可能路径,同时,通过建立国家标准、推动专业认证,发挥纽带作用、提升公众认知,搭建国内外合作平台、建立对外开放体系等措施,保证药师型人才培养质量。

Abstract: The important way to promote the transformation and development of pharmaceutical education is to build a new “patient-centered” pharmaceutical talent cultivation system and to strengthen the training of pharmacists to serve Healthy China strategy. It is necessary to reverse the long-term orientation of pharmaceutical education that focuses on “drugs” rather than “patients” by designing the top-level model. The theme of “understanding medicine & mastering pharmacy and close combination of medicine and pharmacy” should run through pharmacist talent training, and the practice teaching system of “two main lines and three stages” should be established, as well as realizing the optimal connection of the chains among education, talent and health.In addition, the quality of pharmacist-oriented talent training can be ensured by establishing national standards, promoting professional certification, playing the role of connecting all parties, enhancing public awareness, building domestic and foreign cooperation platforms, and establishing an open system.
