摘要: 教学质量监控是高等教育质量管理的核心要素之一。本文基于全面质量管理视角,分析了在线教学质量监控存在的问题及其原因,并以南京医科大学为例,探索并实践医学教育在线教学质量监控。通过全员参与强化组织管理保障、全程监控维护在线教学运行、全面指导提升整体教学水平、全方位评价提升在线教学质量,不断反馈调整,理论课程基本实现线上线下教学的同质等效,以期为我国医学教育在线教学质量监控体系的发展和完善提供参考。

Abstract: Education quality monitoring is the core element of higher education quality management system. Based on the perspective reviewing of total quality management, this article analyzes the existing problems and reasons of online teaching quality monitoring, and takes Nanjing Medical University as an example to explore the implementation pathway of monitoring online teaching quality in medical education. Through the participation of all staff to strengthen the organization and management guarantee, the whole process of monitoring and maintaining the teaching operation, comprehensive guidance to improve the overall teaching level, all-round evaluation to improve the quality of online teaching, continuous feedback and adjustment, to achieve the homogeneity of online and offline teaching in theoretical courses, so as to provide a reference for the development and improvement of the online education monitoring system in medical education of China.
