Abstract

Abstract: There have been many relevant studies on the core competence evaluation index system of master of nursing specialist in China. However, there is no explicit and unified definition or evaluation indes for the core competence assessment index. This article summarizes and evaluates the core competence assessment index system of master of nursing specialist abroad in regards to degree cultivation and qualification requirements, and thus to provide reference for construction of an explicit and unified core competence evaluation index system of master of nursing specialist for China.
