Abstract

Abstract: High-level traditional Chinese medicine talents are the main force to the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). How to establish a scientific and effective continuing education mode for the high-level TCM talents, exploring an appropriate training mechanism, becomes a major challenge that needs to tackle. Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine did a series of researches on the training model, curriculum system, platform construction and teaching team building, promoted the reformation and practice training in accordance with the growth law of high-level Chinese medicine talents, strengthen the growth factors and optimized the training mode of Chinese Medicine Talents, explored the continuing education system for high-level TCM talents-elite college, which provides the practical basis and theoretical support to the education of high-level TCM talents.
