The construction and practice of basic medical curriculum for clinical medicine majors

Abstract: Tongji University School of Medicine adheres to educational philosophy of “student-oriented and student-centered”, and constructs the basic medicine curriculum for clinical medicine majors. Some measures are carried out, such as integration of basic medical courses, the whole process of problem-based learning, strengthening the connotation of “early clinical exposure”, the whole process with medical humanity education, scientific and educational cooperation, top-level design practice teaching, closely combined with scientific research ability training. In accordance with the reform of the national medical practitioner examination and the compilation of bilingual textbook for basic integrated courses, the training of excellent physician program has been promoted substantially, and certain outcomes have been achieved.
