Practice and innovation of building a platform for teachers in research positions in university affiliated hospitals based on Six Sigma management method

Abstract: The teachers in research positions play an important role in the cultivation of innovative medical talents. For a long time, the teachers in research positions in university affiliated hospitals lack proper development platform and system support. Based on the Six Sigma management method, this project systematically constructed a platform with the DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analysis-Improve-Control) model to encourage the teachers in research positions participating in teaching. As an institutional system, this platform could provide practical reference for the construction of the teachers in research positions in university affiliated hospitals.
