摘要: 为了提高教学工作的目的性、针对性,北京大学第一医院构建了教学绩效考核与管理体系并加以实施。在实施过程中,利用质量环等管理工具完善教学绩效指标、教学绩效考核制度和教学绩效管理信息系统,从而建立了较为科学合理的教学绩效考核和管理体系,促进教学工作良性发展。

Abstract: In order to improve the purpose and pertinence of teaching, Peking University First Hospital established the teaching performance evaluation and management system,and organized implementation accordingly. Management tools such as the PDCA cycle was used to improve the teaching performance indicators, teaching performance evaluation system and teaching performance management information system. A more scientific and reasonable teaching performance evaluation and management system was established so as to promote the healthy development of teaching work.
