口腔综合教学病例库的初步应用与效果评价

摘要: 目的 通过收集综合门诊就诊患者的相关临床信息,建立口腔综合教学病例库,并将其应用于临床教学,以增加口腔医学专业实习生接触多病种临床病例的机会,提高临床教学质量。方法 选择2015~2016年度在北京大学口腔医学院综合二科进行第一阶段规范化培训的8名口腔全科住院医师和2011级八年制口腔医学专业55名学生为本研究对象(为方便表述,其后将63名研究对象统称为实习生),在其培训或实习中应用口腔综合教学病例库,并对教学效果进行问卷调查和评价。结果 63名实习生使用口腔综合教学病例库后,98.4%的实习生表示对口腔综合治疗的重要性有了进一步的了解;100.0%的实习生对涉及的口腔多学科常见疾病的治疗方案和程序有了进一步的认识;100.0%的实习生表示从临床实习中得到了不同程度的帮助。结论 通过在临床中初步建立和应用口腔综合教学病例库,实习生增加了对口腔综合治疗重要性的了解,提高了口腔常见疾病综合治疗方案和程序的认识,初步建立了临床综合诊疗思维,并为后续的临床培训和实习提供了很大的帮助。

Abstract: Objective Aim of this study is to collect clinical information of comprehensive oral treatments of dental patients, establishing a comprehensive dental case-base, which can be applied in clinical training. The application of this dental case-base may increase the opportunity to come in contact with clinical case of interdisciplinary diseases for dental students, enrich the training content and improve the quality of training.Methods At the department of general dentstry Ⅱ, 8 dental residents at the first stage standardized training and 55 eight year program dental students of class 2011 in 2015-2016 (referred to as interns) were enrolled in to using the case-base and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results 98.4% dental students expressed a further understanding of the importance of oral comprehensive treatment. 100.0% of the dental students had a further understanding of the program and order of treatment involving multidisciplinary oral diseases. 100.0% of the dental students had indicated that their clinical works were improved after using the case-base.Conclusions By using this case-base,the dental students had a further understanding of the importance of oral comprehensive treatment plans and sequence. This may provide a great help for their clinical work in the future.
