摘要: 随着医学模式的发展,临床药学教育也需要与时俱进,适应新的医疗需求和患者需求。本研究通过对临床药学人才培养模式的探索,剖析了“懂医精药”的核心内涵,构建了包括“平台+模块”的课程、“基础实验—综合实践—创新训练”的实践教学、“双师型”的师资队伍、多元化的教学和“六位一体”的学生评价机制的临床药学人才培养体系。教学实践成果显示,以“懂医精药”为理念的培养体系有利于专业建设和人才培养,为培养满足人民健康需求的高水平临床药学人才奠定了基础。

Abstract: As medical models evolved, clinical pharmacy education also needed to keep abreast of the times and adapt to new medical and patient needs. This study explored the cultivation model for clinical pharmacy talents, analyzed the core connotation of ″understand medicine and pharmacy″ and constructed a clinical pharmacy talent development system that encompasses ″platform + module″ curricula, practical teaching involving ″basic experimentation - comprehensive practice - innovative training″, a ″dual-qualified″ teaching staff, diversified teaching methods, and a ″six-in-one″ student evaluation mechanism. The outcomes of teaching practice showed that the cultivation system based on the concept of ″understand medicine and pharmacy″ facilitated program development and talent nurturing, laying a foundation for cultivating high-level clinical pharmacy talents who can meet the health needs of the people.
