新医科人才培养的思考与探索

摘要: 新医科教育应当包括医学教育新理念与新内涵、医学新领域与新专业、医学人才培养新模式与新途径3个层面。本文基于哈尔滨医科大学新医科人才培养的实践,探讨了医学院校开展新医科人才培养的路径,包括开办智能医学工程等新专业、联合办学实现医工交叉融合、更新人才培养方案、创新育人模式等。

Abstract: New medical education is composed of three components including new conceptual ideas and contents, new territories and specialties, new educational model and pathway. Taking Harbin Medical University as an example, the routes for medical schools to promote new medical education are discussed, including new specialties, such as intelligent medical engineering, trans-institution collaboration to carry out medicine-engineering integrated education, curriculum optimization and new teaching model.
