摘要: 医学教育认证对保障和提高医学教育质量具有重要作用。世界医学教育联合会(World Federation for Medical Education,WFME)以及美国、英国等国的医学教育认证制度较为完善,回顾其医学教育认证体系建立的历程对健全我国医学教育认证体系具有重要参考价值。本文通过总结WFME以及美国、英国、澳大利亚、日本和韩国的医学教育认证体系的历程与现状,提炼我国医学教育认证中可借鉴的经验,包括提高教育认证效力,提高学生认证的参与度及扩大认证范围。

Abstract: Medical education accreditation plays an important role in ensuring and improving the quality of medical education. WFME, United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and South Korea have established a relatively perfect medical education accreditation system. Reviewing the establishment and development of those education accreditation system can provide valuable reference to improve medical education accreditation in China. By analyzing the process and current situation of WFME and other countries' medical education accreditation system, this paper tries to draw some lessons for the construction of Chinese education accreditation system, such as improve the effectiveness of education certification, increase the participation of students in certification, and expand the scope of certification.
