某医学院校教师发展现状分析

Research on status of teacher's development in a medical college

摘要: 目的 了解某医学院校教师发展的现状并提出改进建议,以提升教师的教学能力。 方法采用问卷调查方法。分别以随机和整群抽样的方法抽取某医学院校235名教师和958名学生为研究对象,采用自制问卷对该校教师发展现状进行调查。 结果 该医学院校教师对教学质量的自我评价较好,对从事教师职业的满意度较高,职业倦怠水平较低。该校教师认为存在的问题和不足主要包括培训或进修的机会较少、科研和职称晋升压力较大、工作负荷较重、对薪资收入和职称评定方式满意度较低、工作环境和工作氛围有待改善等。 结论 通过加大教师培训力度、改善工作环境与氛围、建立正确的职业发展观和职业发展规划、建立教学反思制度和科学合理的激励机制、以三级“质量工程”建设为抓手来提高教师教学的积极性和主动性,达到促进教师专业发展,提高教师教学能力的目的。

Abstract: Objective To learn the status of teacher's development in a medical college, aim to promote teacher's ability on teaching and training of excellent physician.Methods 235 teachers and 958 students were selected as the objects by random and cluster sampling method. A self-designed questionnaire were used to evaluate teacher's development status.Results Teaching effect and teaching quality assessment by teachers themselves were good. Career satisfaction was high. The level of occupational burnout was low. Problems and shortages of teacher's development in this medical college are lack of training and further study, stress of scientific research and position promoting, heavy workloads, low satisfaction of salary and assessment of academic rank, imperfection of working conditions and the work atmosphere.Conclusions Strategies need to be conduct to promote teachers' professional development and improve teachers' teaching ability: strengthening teachers' training, improve the working environment and atmosphere, establishing the correct career development view and plans, set up the system of teaching reflection, and scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism to improve teachers' teaching enthusiasm and initiative.
