我国内科护理学课程教学方法改革的文献研究

摘要: 目的 评价我国护理学专业本科内科护理学课程教学方法改革成效。 方法 2019年3月1日,检索中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据、中国知网和维普数据库2000年1月至2018年12月收录的关于内科护理学课程教学方法的文献,按照设定的标准纳入文献。由2名研究者按照Cochrane干预措施系统评价手册(5.1.0版)对纳入文献质量进行评价,采用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。 结果 本研究纳入39篇文献,文献质量均为B级(发生偏倚的可能性为中等)。其中,基于案例学习(case-based learning, CBL)的小组合作学习教学方法11篇,情景模拟教学方法8篇,基于问题学习(problem-based learning,PBL)为主导的教学方法5篇,基于“互联网+”的混合式教学方法5篇,多元化的教学方法3篇,其他类教学方法7篇。与对照组相比,试验组教学方法改革均取得了一定的教学效果,但部分文献在分组方法、实施方法、基线对比等方面的教学设计存在一定缺陷。 结论 内科护理学课程教学方法多样,相对于传统教学方法具有一定的优势,但在教学设计与实施中应当更加严谨。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of different teaching methods of medical nursing in nursing baccalaureate program. Methods We searched papers published from January 2000 to December 2018 in Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, and China Science and Technology Journal Database on March 1, 2019. Studies were eligible according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The methodological quality of included studies was assessed according to the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions 5.1.0 by two reviewers independently. The meta-analysis was conducted by Review Manager 5.3 software. Results Thirty-nine studies were included in this study and the quality all rated B. They are summarized as case-based learning teaching method of cooperative learning, situational simulative teaching method, problem-based learning teaching method, Internet-based teaching method, multiple teaching method and others, with 11 studies, 8 studies, 5 studies, 5 studies,3 studies and 7 studies, respectively. Compared with the control group, teaching reform methods have achieved a certain teaching effect. However, there have some defects in the study design about group allocation, implement method and baseline comparison. Conclusions There are diverse teaching methods in Medical Nursing, these teaching methods have certain advantages compared with traditional methods, and further research needed to be more rigorous in the teaching design.
