摘要: 本研究基于扎根理论,通过深度访谈法、文本分析法等质性研究方法,梳理目前临床医学博士专业学位研究生教育的现状及存在的问题,认为推进其改革应当围绕基地临床培训制度、院校培养体系建设、研究生现实感受和相关利益方参与等重点问题开展,并提出强化顶层政策设计、明确人才培养共识、鼓励各利益方互动参与、完善人事配套制度等对策建议。

Abstract: Based on the grounded theory, this study systematically summarized the current status and major problems of the MD education through in-depth interview, text analysis and other qualitative research methods.The reform of clinical doctoral professional education should focus on clinical training institution, academic education system, students' actual feeling and participation of stakeholders. Feasible suggestionsare raised: strengthen macroscopical design, definite consensus of talent cultivation,encourage interaction and participation,optimize human resource management.
